ZAP is excited to head to the sunshine state for the AAMC (Association of American Medical Colleges) Continuum Connections Annual Meeting this weekend! This will be the first-ever joint meeting between the Group on Student Affairs (GSA), Group on Resident Affairs (GRA), Organization of Student Representatives (OSR), and Organization of Resident Representatives (ORR). The conference focuses primarily on four main themes: transition to residency, diversity and inclusion, well-being and resilience, and role-based topical issues. The 4-day event will take place from April 28-May 1 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
Over 700 attendees from medical schools and teaching hospitals within the United States and Canada will be attending. During the AAMC Continuum Connections Meeting, there will be numerous educational sessions providing new approaches and strategies surrounding student affairs, resident affairs, admissions, recruiting, diversity, records, and business development.
